NARL Leadership Exchange
The "NARL Leadership Exchange" is a new initiative of the NARL Board to facilitate learning, information sharing, and discussion regarding leadership. This section of the NARL website www.NARL.us will be a place to organize, archive, share this information and in the future discuss Leadership. While this effort is a work in progress and will be developed over the next year a starting first article is below. It is a reprint of the NARL "President's Message" from August 2003 titled, Leadership Every Day - Making the Difference, by NARL 2003 President, Evan Jones.
This article was used as a discussion topic by the Virginia NARL Unit, which evolved into the long running and very popular "Leadership Chats" in Virginia. Why not use this and future articles for a leadership discussion in your work place, area, or NARL unit?
